Hole Saws
Hole saws are very practical when it comes to creating holes that are much larger than what a twist drill or spade bit can typically do.

Just like the other types of hole cutting tools, blunt hole saws will ruin the circumference of the hole making it much larger than intended. In addition to ruining the work piece, blunt hole saws can also be unsafe to use.

Sharpening is carried out on a guided grinding machine to ensure each tooth is identical to the next.
