Knives

The knife is considered to be one on the oldest tools in the history of mankind.

With no substitute and used for many applications, its sole purpose is to cut. How well it cuts depends on the sharpness of the edge. How long it can maintain the sharpness, depends on a number of factors including quality of material, type of grind and the angles applied to the edge. 

Knowing what type of edge is best to suit the purpose of the knife is key to having the balance of sharpness and durability. We service all types of knives with the exception of ceramic blades. Razor sharp edges are achieved through a multi stage process.

 Preferences for hollow grind, flat bevel or are convex edges are welcome.
